Cancellation policy and refunds
Fees will be refunded if notification of cancellation is received by email minus an administration fee as follows:
Cancellation before Februafy 29th, 2024: free cancelation, minus bank charges
Cancellation before April 15th, 2024: reimbursement of 50% of the registration fee, minus bank charges
Cancellation from April 16th, 2024: No refunds will be made
